Classrooms and Learning Spaces (Rutgers–Newark)
Provides and facilitates technology services to support teaching, learning, administration, and research at the university. Additionally, the department includes the Office of Academic Scheduling and Classroom Management, which schedules and oversees university classrooms.
Clinical and Research Data Warehouse (CRDW)
A secure, HIPAA-compliant central repository that includes diverse healthcare data and essential analytical tools for gaining insights into medical conditions, outcomes, and treatments.
Cloud Finance
Part of the Cornerstone initiative, this is Oracle’s cloud-based integrated financial accounting platform supporting the university’s financial management and reporting needs. Also known as Financial Management System (FMS). Accessible by logging in to myRutgers and selecting the Cornerstone tile (within Apps) where you can find the “Financial Management (Oracle Cloud)” or “Expense Management” tiles.

All faculty, staff, students, and guests are assigned a Rutgers unique identifier known as a NetID. A NetID is required to access many services available at Rutgers.
