Mailman

Third-party email vendors
Documentation is available for departmental IT staff intending to use bulk email services from a third-party vendor.
Microsoft distribution groups
Also known as distribution lists, distribution groups are organized by users who share common work that requires them to email frequently. Requires a Rutgers Connect account.
Microsoft 365 Groups
Not to be confused with distribution groups, Microsoft 365 Groups include collaboration services such as SharePoint and Planner in addition to a common email address.
Google Groups
Get access to Google Groups through ScarletApps and communicate with others by sharing a common Google Groups address.
