Amarel high performance computing and data

Amarel is a shared community-owned advanced computing environment available to any investigator or student with projects requiring research computing resources. Amarel owners may purchase project storage consistent with their research needs.

Amarel data storage is specifically for performing high-throughput calculations while utilizing the Amarel high performance compute cluster. One can utilize either /scratch or /project storage in Amarel, though /project is available only to node owners. Amarel is not suitable for sensitive data (see CRDW) nor intended for long-term storage (see RDS).

Clinical and Research Data Warehouse (CRDW)

A secure, HIPAA-compliant central repository that includes diverse healthcare data and essential analytical tools for gaining insights into medical conditions, outcomes, and treatments. This is the only centralized, secure Rutgers system available for protected data classes including dbGap.
