The Office of Information Technology (OIT) Faculty/Staff Help Desk is dedicated to providing prompt, courteous, and effective service to faculty and staff as well as Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (RBHS) students. The Faculty/Staff Help Desk has professional staff that can troubleshoot all aspects of supported desktop computing.
