This training will provide participants with an overview of the benefits of captioned media. More than just an accommodation for Deaf users, closed captions also improve SEO. Participants will learn of best practices to facilitate captioning workflows, useful resources, and academic standards to enhance knowledge retention.
This session is important for anyone who produces pre-recorded video or multimedia content.
This training is open to the general public.
This session is virtual and will be conducted over Zoom.
