The "IT Lightning Talks" Rutgers IT Lecture Series event was held on November 18, 2020. It featured five IT Lightning Talk presentations from various IT teams at Rutgers. Collaboration Done Right: Leveraging Office365 and Microsoft Teams

The first Rutgers IT Lecture Series event was held on June 23, 2020. It featured a keynote speech from Senior Vice President and CIO Michele Norin. Guest presenter, Vladimir Gabrielescu, associate director in the Messaging and Collaboration Services group of OIT, presented the capabilities, features, management, and use cases of Microsoft Teams. Webex and Zoom in the Fall semester and Beyond

On August 12, 2020, the second Rutgers IT Lecture Series event featured speeches from Senior Vice President and CIO Michele Norin and special guest, President Jonathan Holloway. Additionally, guest presenters from the Enterprise Infrastructure group in the Office of Information Technology provided an overview of Webex and Zoom, highlighted key features of the web conferencing platforms, and shared tips to ensure quality meetings. A video recording is available for those who could not attend as well as a PowerPoint slide deck from the presentation.
