Microsoft 365 Copilot training for IT
May 6: 3 – 4 p.m.
Microsoft trainers will demonstrate how to create prompts that effectively build foundational AI skills and use Copilot in the Microsoft 365 apps, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Microsoft Copilot Connections for Healthcare
May 6: 7:30 – 8:30 p.m.
Microsoft Copilot Connections for Healthcare is a one hour, healthcare industry focused event, hosted by Microsoft, that is designed to show how AI can be applied responsibly and practically across healthcare organizations. This seminar will include hands-on demonstrations of non-clinical uses of AI tools, use cases showing how Copilot is used in healthcare, and thought leadership on AI in the healthcare landscape.
Fundamentals of Tableau

Led by Rutgers Business Librarian Jonathan Torres, this workshop teaches students how to use Tableau for data visualization and real-time data analytics using business datasets.
Title II Updates: Where should I be now?

Adobe’s virtual professional development conference for faculty and staff presents Adobe Express features to both beginner and advanced users over a three-day period. During each 30-minute virtual session, participants will get hands-on experience with Adobe Express tools, and strategies for incorporating tools into their daily work.
Strategic Planning for Digital Accessibility
June 17: 10 a.m. – 11 a.m.
This session provides a practical, high‑level walkthrough of how departments and organizations should develop and implement an effective strategic plan in response to the ADA Title II changes. Participants will learn what a compliant strategic plan should include, internal processes they should establish or strengthen, and the types of documentation needed to demonstrate ongoing compliance. The event will focus on actionable steps to help teams prioritize work and track progress, and include information on available community resources and support./span>

Word Document Accessibility
July 23: 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.
Learn how to make your Word documents accessible by designing your content with intent. Learn how users with disabilities navigate and interact with Word documents, and tackle common issues such as a lack of heading structure, color contrast problems, images without alt text, and more.

PDF Accessibility
Aug. 4: 2 p.m. – 3 p.m.
PDFs are widely recognized, used around the world, and are often considered a standard for presenting electronic versions of text. PDFs are also very rigid, which can make them tricky to navigate for users with disabilities. Learn about common problems with inaccessible PDFs, how to fix them, and the finer points of making PDFs accessible.
