Adding Rutgers IT subsite users

To add a user, do the following:

1. Have the user login via CAS at the Rutgers IT site for production and Rutgers Dev IT site for the dev site.
2. Once the user’s account has been created (by logging in to CAS), the user can be assigned a role (i.e., other than Subscriber, which is what users get by default) on the “Add User” webpage for production and “Add User” webpage for the Rutgers Dev site. Multiple users can be added to multiple blogs instantaneously through this page.
