How can I get help with IdM related services?

Important notes
1. Note: While the terms IDM (identity management) and IAM (identity & access management) may be used interchangeably, at Rutgers University the IDM group under OIT (Office of Information Technology) is distinct and separate from the IAM group under IPO (Institutional Planning & Operations – Public Safety). OIT-IDM provides enterprise identity and access management services and central support related to digital identities at Rutgers. IPO-IAM provides services related to physical identity and access management concerns such as building access/security and ID cards for Rutgers. Go to IPO-IAM for more info.

2. Note: Information above is intended for non-major incidents only. To report a major incident, please reach out to OIT Help Desk for IT help (call 833-OIT-HELP/833-648-4357). A major incident can be defined as an interruption, outage or other event for one or more services that causes significant impact and/or prevents essential work from being done. A major incident is typically wide spread with consequential impact.
