The initial planned maintenance for the  Request System has been moved to tomorrow, Wednesday, June 10 from 6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. The system will be unavailable during the updated maintenance window. If you have any questions, please contact your local Office of Information Technology Help Desk.

The Request System will undergo planned maintenance from  6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026. This application allows self-service creation of Guest accounts, Early Employee accounts, and RAD Admin accounts. The system will be unavailable during the maintenance window. If you have any questions, please contact your local Office of Information Technology Help Desk.
