AT&T has shared that their phone service has been restored in various areas following this morning’s widespread cellular outage, but technicians are continuing to work on resolving outstanding network issues.

Phone service is unavailable or degraded in some areas, according to the company. Network technicians are working to fix the problem, and service is being restored in some areas.
