Users are continuing to report issues with Outlook calendars and email in Rutgers Connect (Microsoft 365). The Office of Information Technology continues to investigate the issue, which has been affecting Microsoft 365 globally.

Access to Outlook email and calendars, as well as other Microsoft services (OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams), is improving following steps taken by Microsoft, such as reverting an earlier technical update. Microsoft is monitoring services “to ensure recovery” and also “performing actions to address any residual impact.”
