Issues accessing Outlook from the web

Microsoft reported that the issues with the Microsoft 365 (Rutgers Connect) web apps have been resolved.

Microsoft is continuing to investigate the intermittent issues with web apps in Microsoft 365 (Rutgers Connect), including Outlook calendars and email, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and more. At this time, users should use direct links (listed below) to access Microsoft 365 services.

Microsoft has reported that users “may be intermittently unable to view or access web apps” in Microsoft 365 (Rutgers Connect), including Outlook calendars and email, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Sharepoint, and other apps provided via the web in Microsoft 365. Microsoft is providing updates at the Microsoft 365 Status Twitter account. Users are able to access their files, emails, calendar, and other tools through desktop and phone apps for Microsoft 365 (Rutgers Connect).

Users are reporting issues accessing Microsoft Outlook (Rutgers Connect email) via the web. The Office of Information Technology is investigating.
