Webex new account creation unavailable June 24-27 due to upgrades

The creation of new Rutgers Webex accounts will be unavailable from June 24-27 due to necessary technical upgrades and improvements. During this timeframe, users will not be able to create a new Rutgers Webex account until the upgrades are complete.

Once the upgrades are complete on June 27, new users will be able to sign up and access standard Webex meeting features, but may have to wait an additional 24 hours for new features to populate on their account.

Existing Rutgers Webex users will have uninterrupted access to Webex during the upgrade period and will be able to download the new Webex app to access new and updated features.
