Some IT services unavailable on March 24 due to data center upgrades

Work has been completed on the data center upgrade, and all network services are fully restored. If you have any questions or need assistance, please reach out to the OIT Help Desk.

The Network Operations Center will be upgrading software to a router located in the Hill Data Center on Thursday, March 24, from 5:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. The purpose of this maintenance is to address issues with remote access to the equipment.

During the maintenance, there will be a brief outage of approximately 15 minutes to a limited number of IT services maintained in the Hill Data Center. Departmental IT staff with services affected by this maintenance have been notified.
