Update on OIT Help Desk hours over holiday break

The OIT Help Desk will have limited hours during the holiday break and will be unavailable during the following days/times:

  • Friday, December 24 after 12 p.m. until early morning, Sunday, December 26
  • Friday, December 31 after 6 p.m. until 6 p.m. on Saturday, January 1

Please note that these hours are subject to last-minute changes due to the pandemic’s impact on staffing. If you need assistance during these timeframes, please leave a voicemail at 833-OIT-HELP or email help@oit.rutgers.edu and we will respond as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
