Outage affecting Respondus

Amazon has reported that the network device issues have been resolved. Respondus services are working normally now. If you have any questions or run into any other issues, please contact the OIT Help Desk.

An outage involving Amazon Web Services is affecting Respondus and the LockDown Browser Dashboard. These services may not be available at this time, but exams that only use LockDown Browser are currently working. Updates will be provided when available from Respondus.
