The Office of Information Technology is investigating a connectivity issue with services like NetID activation and service activation on netid.rutgers.edu. The Cloud Admin Tool (CAT), Rutgers Account Tools (RATS), Rutgers Automated Mass-mailing system (RAMS), and Rutgers User Support Tools (RUST) are also affected. OIT staff members are working to address the issue.
