500 Rutgers Connect passwords reset

Notification

July 16, 2020 9:53 pm

The Office of Information Technology, acting out of an abundance of caution to secure university accounts, has reset the passwords of about 500 Rutgers Connect users in response to reports of a widespread phishing attack.

If you are unable to log in and believe you may be affected, you can recover your password by answering your security questions. To get to your security questions, go to netid.rutgers.edu. Select “Manage NetID Password” on the left, then select “Forgotten password.” Fill out the “forgotten password” form, leaving the Activation Key field blank.
