Rutgers Virtual Private Network (VPN) intermittent issues

OIT has implemented a solution to mitigate the issues with the Rutgers Virtual Private Network (VPN) while Cisco continues to investigate a root cause. Users should be able to connect and use the VPN without any intermittent issues at this time. If users continue to experience any issues with the VPN, please contact the OIT Help Desk.

There continue to be intermittent issues with Rutgers Virtual Private Network (VPN). Users may experience issues trying to connect, which may require multiple attempts to log on, as well as intermittent network reachability issues, which may require reloading webpages after a minute or two. The Office of Information Technology is working with Cisco to resolve these issues. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.

Users may be experiencing intermittent issues accessing the Rutgers Virtual Private Network (VPN) with Cisco AnyConnect. The Office of Information Technology is investigating.
