  • Finish implementing Rutgers Cornerstone initiatives
  • Identify key stakeholders and governance structure for ongoing business systems improvement
  • Understand key stakeholder current and future state expectations regarding business processes
  • Identify business processes to improve and develop time-phased implementation plan that includes:
    • Collaboration opportunities and reducing shadow systems
    • Metrics to measure effectiveness and performance of business systems
    • Budget model
  • Develop ongoing service and support, and upgrades and enhancement model
  • Develop change management and communication plans for each business system improvement
