Planned Maintenance: Request System maintenance scheduled for June 9, 2026

The Request System will undergo planned maintenance from  6:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 9, 2026. This application allows self-service creation of Guest accounts, Early Employee accounts, and RAD Admin accounts. The system will be unavailable during the maintenance window. If you have any questions, please contact your local Office of Information Technology Help Desk.
