The Office of Information Technology is no longer receiving reports about the issue affecting Rutgers Connect email and external Gmail accounts. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your local Office of Information Technology Help Desk.

Microsoft continues to investigate the issue affecting Rutgers Connect email and external Gmail addresses. OIT will provide updates from Microsoft when they are available.

Rutgers Connect email users may be experiencing an issue with emails to external Gmail accounts. Users are reporting that their emails are being marked as spam. The Office of Information Technology is investigating.
