The PaperCut system planned maintenance was rescheduled for this morning and was completed successfully. Two-step login with Duo is now required to check print balances or view print and transaction history. Please note that the printing, scanning, and copying functions for users have not changed. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your local Office of Information Technology Help Desk.

Printing with PaperCut services has been restored following this morning’s maintenance, so you should be able to print successfully at the Office of Information Technology computer labs and other locations. For technical reasons, the maintenance was not completed and will be rescheduled at a later date. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your local Office of Information Technology Help Desk.

On Tuesday, March 14 from 7-9 a.m., printing at the Office of Information Technology computer labs and other locations using the PaperCut system will be unavailable. This upgrade is being made to enable two-factor authentication for the PaperCut system, which requires OIT staff to restart services during this timeframe. Note that the printing, scanning, and copying functions for users will not change due to this upgrade. Two-step login with Duo will be required now to check print balances or view print and transaction history.
