Zoom client update on Thursday, May 12

On Thursday, May 12 at 10 p.m., Rutgers will be updating to the latest client version of Zoom. This update includes the following changes:

  • One-time password requirement for suspicious logins
  • Support for multi-spotlight for cloud recordings
  • View Breakout Rooms activities from main session
  • Security enhancements

Following the update on May 12, users who are not currently running the latest client version will experience a short pause (1-2 minutes) to install the newest version of Zoom before joining their next meeting.
