RU–Newark IT Help Desk staff offering on-site tech help for students during move-in day

Dust off your extension cords and grab a pumpkin spice coffee, it’s time to plug back in to the fall semester! The RU–N IT staff are excited to welcome new and returning students this year and will be available at Woodward Hall on Saturday, August 31 from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. to provide tech support to those who are moving into their dorm rooms.

“We understand that moving can be a hectic time for students, so we’re here to make your tech setup as smooth as possible,” says Kevin Cordeiro, an IT manager at RU–N IT. “Our team is ready to help with everything from connecting devices to the network, configuring smart devices, and resolving any technical issues that might arise.”

The RU–Newark IT Help Desk is committed to providing ongoing support to students all semester long to support their academic success.
