OIT HR’s mission is to bridge the gap between the Office of Information Technology and University Human Resources by providing strategic support and effective guidance to management, administration, and staff.

How we help

Strategy and consultation

We provide managers with guidance on recruitment, conflict resolution, performance management, personnel, reorganization, resignation/retirement, and other personnel issues.

 

Facilitate and advise

We assist department admins and coordinators with advice and assistance with onboarding, I-9s, payroll, position management, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

 

Employee relations and support

Employees are able to reach out to OIT HR for a number of services, including support for new hires, onboarding, offboarding, and other HR-related issues encountered by staff members.
