What we do
New Brunswick Information Technology Services (NB-ITS), part of the Office of Information Technology, provides services and support for a variety of Rutgers–New Brunswick administrative units under the Office of the Chancellor, including Academic Affairs; Academic Scheduling and Instructional Support; Digital Classroom Services; the Division of Diversity, Inclusion and Community Engagement; Faculty Affairs; R-Comm; Student Affairs; Undergraduate Education, the Zimmerli Art Museum, and others.

Services and support
NBS-IT services include application development, web development, technology purchasing, consulting services, help desk services, deskside support, line of business application support, delegated support for central services (such as RAD, Microsoft 365, Infoblox, etc.) and training.
