About EDS

Enterprise Document Solutions is a team within Office of Information Technology Enterprise Application Services. The team is responsible for the administration of the university’s electronic document tools including Perceptive Content, DocuSign, and other document management technologies. The team’s primary duties involve administering the enterprise Perceptive Content instance, ensuring the service is performing optimally for all of our partners, and administering the university’s DocuSign contract.

The team also works closely with partners to help develop and implement new solutions within Perceptive Content and DocuSign and improve their business processes. By working with partners and understanding the business needs, the team provides first-class service ensuring the partners get the most from our tools.

The Enterprise Document Solutions team is led by Assistant Director, Brandon Singer. Brandon oversees multiple teams, including Enterprise Document Solutions and Banner Administrative Services.
