Update
Webex has identified the issue and they are continuing work to fully restore affected services. Some services may start to be functional again. Additional updates will be provided when available.
Monitoring
Webex is reporting intermittent failures across multiple Webex services due to a service interruption. Rutgers users may experience issues signing into rutgers.webex.com, scheduling Webex meetings via Outlook, and using the Webex app at this time. The Office of Information Technology is monitoring the issue and will provide updates when available. Users may also find updates on the Webex service status page.
