The OIT Help Desk phone system transition was completed this morning, and users will notice some changes in the menu prompts when calling the Help Desk. If you experience any issues reaching the Help Desk, please email help@oit.rutgers.edu or visit the Rutgers IT Help portal for assistance.

The Office of Information Technology Help Desk will be transitioning to a new phone system on Wednesday, June 5 between 6:30 a.m. and 7:30 a.m. While we do not expect any interruptions in the phone service during this timeframe, users will see some changes in the menu prompts following the transition. If you experience any issues with reaching the Help Desk, please email us at help@oit.rutgers.edu with your call back number. Help Desk staff members will be monitoring our email throughout the transition and will return your call as quickly as possible.
