Scheduled maintenance work on the Knightsbridge data center, which affected the use of the Remote Desktop Protocol Gateway service, has been completed. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact your local Office of Information Technology Help Desk.

The Remote Desktop Protocol Gateway service, which allows access to university desktop computers from outside networks without a virtual private network (VPN) connection, will be unavailable on Saturday, June 1 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. due to scheduled maintenance on the Knightsbridge data center. This planned work will affect the use of rdgateway.rutgers.edu and rbhsgateway.rutgers.edu and will address long-term power and cooling needs.
