Mitigation work is currently underway by the Google engineering team for the issues with Google Workspace (ScarletApps/ScarletMail at Rutgers). Google reports some recovery of services. Google will continue to monitor the issue for full recovery of services and provide details as they become available.

Google is experiencing issues with Google Workspace (ScarletApps/ScarletMail at Rutgers), resulting in error messages when trying to access ScarletApps/ScarletMail (including Calendar, Chat, Classroom, Drive, Forms, Gmail and Settings). The Google engineering team is continuing to investigate the issue and will provide additional updates.
