Zoom client update on Thursday, October 13

On Thursday, October 13 at 10 p.m., Rutgers will be updating to the latest client version of Zoom. This update includes the following changes:

  • New Zoom icon for desktop and mobile apps
  • Enhanced in-meeting audio controls
  • Sign language interpretation
  • Security enhancements

Following the update on October 13, users who are not currently running the latest client version will experience a short pause (1-2 minutes) to install the newest version of Zoom before joining their next meeting.
