New Rutgers IT Help portal for tech help and support

The Rutgers IT Help portal is now available for faculty, staff, and students to get tech help and support with IT services at Rutgers. Some benefits include:

  • A quick way to find answers to your questions about IT at Rutgers
  • An easy way to submit an IT issue
  • The ability to track the status of reported IT requests
  • Request IT service forms for ordering computer equipment, software, and more
