The iOS Box app is now letting users sign in and access their files. The sign-in process has changed, and users may need to sign in to their Rutgers Connect account before signing in to Box.
Investigating
Users of the Box app for iOS at Rutgers are currently unable to access files with the app. Box files are still accessible through other devices, including personal computers. If users need to access files from an iPad or iPhone, they can access them by visiting https://m.box.com (not the main box.com site).
The Office of Information Technology will provide an update once Box issues a new version of the app that fixes this issue.
