Issue with Microsoft Intune Company Portal mobile app for Android users

Microsoft has shared that the issue with Intune Company Portal for Android users has been resolved. If Android users continue to experience issues, please download the latest app version of Intune Company Portal (Version: 5.0.5273.0) in the Google Play Store. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact the Office of Information Technology Help Desk.

Microsoft is continuing to conduct tests on the Intune Company Portal for Android internally to ensure no further issues occur. We will let you know once the issue has been resolved.

Microsoft has reported an issue with Microsoft Intune Company Portal, which is the application used to register your mobile device for Rutgers Connect and allows you to set up your email profile. This issue is currently occurring for Android mobile device users only. Existing users that already have the Microsoft Intune Company Portal application may be unable to sign on with their Android devices and no new users are able to enroll their Android devices for a Rutgers Connect email profile at this time. Microsoft is updating and testing the Intune Company Portal for Android internally and the Office of Information Technology will provide updates as they become available.
