The issue with NetID logins has been resolved. The root cause was traced to a performance issue related to a software change for managing groups of users. If you have issues with NetID logins, please contact the OIT Help Desk.

The issue with NetID logins appears to have resurfaced. Users may experience problems logging in to some IT services with NetIDs. OIT is investigating.

Users are again reporting issues logging in to some services with NetIDs. OIT is working to fix these issues.

The Office of Information Technology Help Desk is receiving reports of users having issues logging in to netid.rutgers.edu and my.rutgers.edu. Some users report success with logging in after multiple attempts. OIT is investigating the issue.
