Microsoft has taken action to remedy the performance issues experienced by some Office 365 users.

Users of Rutgers Connect may experience degraded performance and login problems due to reported problems with Office 365, the Microsoft system that powers Rutgers Connect.

Microsoft is reporting issues with some of the infrastructure for Office 365. Microsoft is attempting to redirect traffic to unaffected portions of the Office 365 infrastructure at this time. As a result of the ongoing issue, users may experience long delays or failure of initial logins to Rutgers Connect/Office 365 web applications.
