A number of Rutgers information technology services and systems will be unavailable from Saturday, October 19 at 10 p.m. until Sunday, October 20 at noon due to planned maintenance and upgrades. This maintenance was previously scheduled for October 13, but the work was not completed due to technical difficulties. The work is necessary to ensure the continued integrity and security of information held in the Student Record Database.
The following services may be unavailable during the updated maintenance period:
- Course Scheduling System (CSS)
- Financial Aid Management System (FAMS)
- Financial Holds
- Generalist
- Grade Change
- On-Line Term Billing (OTB)
- Personal Access Control (PAC)
- Student Accounts Receivables (SAR)
- Verifications of Enrollment (Transcripts)
- Web Registration (Web Reg)
