Box is reporting that all Box services are now operating normally.

Box is reporting that the recovery of Box services is ongoing. We will share any additional information as it becomes available.

Box is reporting that they are actively engaged to restore access to all Box services. They are starting to see some recovery including the ability to access the Box web application, Box Sync, Box Drive, Box mobile application and API. The Office of Information Technology will continue to provide updates as they come in.

Box has reported that all of their teams are actively engaged in identifying the cause of the issue and taking steps towards remediation.

There have been reported issues with the Box platform and it is currently down. Box is investigating the issue. Please visit the Box status page for updates.
