Five9, the call center provider used by various Rutgers departments and units, reports that the issue affecting its ability to receive calls have been resolved. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your local Office of Information Technology Help Desk.

Five9, the call center provider used by various Rutgers departments and units, continues to investigate issues affecting its data center. Several of the affected Rutgers units and groups reported that phone service had been restored. The Office of Information Technology continues to monitor and will provide updates as they become available.

Five9, the call center provider that various Rutgers departments and units use, is experiencing data center issues that are affecting the ability to receive calls. As a result, users may experience issues reaching the Office of Information Technology Help Desk and other Rutgers groups. The Office of Information Technology is monitoring the issue and will provide updates as they become available.
