Rutgers is working actively with Microsoft to resolve intermittent issues with various Microsoft 365 services, which are affecting a limited number of users. OIT will provide updates from Microsoft when available.

Microsoft is reporting that some users may have issues accessing Rutgers Connect (Microsoft 365) inboxes. Users may also see errors with other Microsoft 365 services, such as Teams and SharePoint. Additionally, users may not be able to send or receive emails from the Outlook app on iOS and Android devices. The Office of Information Technology is monitoring the issue and will provide updates when available.
