ServiceNow has provided a fix to help resolve the issues with the Rutgers ServiceNow platform. Users may start to see improvement when using the Rutgers IT Help portal, the OneSource self-service portal for HR, and other systems. OIT will continue to provide additional updates including when the ServiceNow issue is officially resolved.

ServiceNow has shared that there is a network issue that is impacting the Rutgers ServiceNow platform, which includes the Rutgers IT Help portal, the OneSource self-service portal for HR, and other systems. ServiceNow reported that they are working to properly diagnose and resolve the issue. OIT will provide updates as soon as possible.
