Update
OIT teams are making progress on a potential solution to the network issues affecting RuWireless Secure, the RUHealthSciences network, the Rutgers VPN, RBHS wired internet, and phone/voice services. These services remain unavailable or in a degraded state for most of Rutgers, but some areas may be seeing an improvement. OIT plans to provide updates on an hourly basis for this incident—or more frequently as information becomes available.

Update
Rutgers is experiencing a universitywide outage of most Wi-Fi services, including RUWireless Secure and RUHealthSciences. Additionally, the Rutgers VPN is unavailable and wired access for RBHS is impacted. Voice/phone services are also impacted by this outage. The Office of Information Technology is working to restore service as soon as possible.
