The Rutgers IT Help portal is currently available. The team at ServiceNow (the underlying platform for the portal) continues to investigate and monitor this issue.

The Rutgers IT Help portal is currently unavailable due to a systemwide issue with the ServiceNow platform. OIT will share new information and details as they become available.
