This morning’s system updates have been completed and services restored. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact the Office of Information Technology Help Desk.

A number of IT services may be temporarily unavailable from 7-9 a.m. Sunday morning, May 9, due to necessary system updates. These services include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Rutgers Request System (emergency NetIDs and guest requests)
  • Rutgers Calendar of Events
  • Rutgers Search (search.rutgers.edu)
  • Student, financial, and administrative services, such as:
    • Transcripts
    • Rosters and Electronic Grading Information System
    • Schedule of Classes
    • Term Bill
    • Undergraduate Admission Application
