A change is coming to the Rutgers ServiceNow user interface. On March 27, the “back-end” of the current Rutgers ServiceNow user interface—the user interface you see when you log in to Rutgers ServiceNow—will have a new look.

ServiceNow Next Experience will provide a more modern, intuitive experience and feature numerous benefits for IT Service Management users including:

  • Simple, unified navigation
  • Ability to access applications all in one place across the entire platform
  • Customized menus
  • Less clicks to access the items you need
