Start by reviewing the sections in this checklist to identify areas of improvement for your content, websites, and digital tools. Then, follow the steps below to begin planning.
Review your website information
Log in to our Website Database (Box account required) to review your site information. Please note: A Box preview will appear by default. Click “Open in Excel online” to access the database. A few key points on how to use this database:
- When entering your URL, please omit the “https://www.” (i.e., sas.rutgers.edu).
- If you are reviewing a “sites.rutgers.edu” URL please enter the entire URL (i.e., sites.rutgers.edu/abbott-leadership).
- Please only edit your own information.
Start strategic planning for your web content
Our office can help you develop a plan for addressing all of your web content. To set up a meeting with us, please use our Website and Department Support Form. On this form you can select department support, where we can begin a conversation about your website, the tools you use for email/marketing efforts, social media accounts, product purchases, and more. We can also aid in identifying trainings or scheduling local trainings as needed (as our schedule allows).
