Issue with student role affecting access to various Rutgers online student services

The technical issue with accessing Rutgers online services has been resolved for the affected students. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your local Office of Information Technology Help Desk.

About 6,400 students have been affected by yesterday’s technical issue with accessing Rutgers online services. These students may have intermittent or degraded access to online services. The Office of Information Technology is continuing to work to resolve the issue.

The Office of Information Technology has identified the cause of the issue students may have encountered accessing various online services and is working to implement a solution. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact your local Office of Information Technology Help Desk.

Students may encounter issues accessing various online university services such as Personal Contact Information due to a technical issue with the “student” role. The Office of Information Technology is investigating.
